Find out Which Sport Interests Your Child

Finding a sport that your child has a natural interest in is the best way to help get them involved. Ask them what sports they enjoy the most at school or observer which ones capture their attention on TV.

Just because you loved a sport doesn’t mean that your child will love it too, let them make their own decision and naturally gravitate towards their chosen sport.

Let Your Kids Try Different Sports

There is every chance that after trying a sport for a few sessions that your child may lose interest or not be having fun. The best solution for this is to try many different sports before committing to one or two.

Winning isn’t everything so don’t berate your child for making a mistake. Mistakes are part of learning and will do wonders for the development of their skills.
